I've been doing some research about VN youtube scene and I see that they sure have big numbers. It maybe can be attributed to their cheap internet and easy geography, also the proximity with China where everything cheap can be bought from there resulting in cheaper cost of infrastructure, so the VN internet penetration is bigger than ID for now.

The problem with Indonesia is the country is as big as the USA fragmented between islands with straits that can be as wide as thousands of kms.
