I really like the Myth generation, but in retrospect their talents are not all superstars. Ame, Kiara are average at best, like some small time twitch streamer basically. The other three have talent but they don't have friendship with each other and don't have good group dymanics. I think they got very lucky with that generation by having 3 good talents. Although these days Mori and Ina have soured and Gura's pulling it all by herself.

The council generation is filled with really bad talents. Like Kronii, Baelz, Sana. Mumei is average. Overall it's some very bad hiring choices.

It is very strange that Sana will graduate before her 1 year anniversary. My guess is that Sana got involved with contract disputes that were going on with Ina and Kronii. They get sexual outfits that they hate, both talents are Korean, and Cover is a company from Japan which has a notorious history with Korean comfort women. Sana is best friends with Ina so if her friend was having problems with Cover she would get involved with it. Something happened in early January.

Ina was happy in December during the dress outfit reveal saying that the new outfit would be seen a lot but in early January she was angry/depressed. When asked in the Kiara collab about the future of hololive she replied with "We don't know shit". Ina started routinely making statements about having "bad luck" and soon after 3rd Fes she called this the "worst year". Sana started taking long breaks in January, stopped doing membership streams, and left her schedule from the first week of January pinned on Twitter until the end of March (after 3rd Fes).

There might be other reasons for the graduation but the way that Ina and Kronii were treated by Cover was a major reason for what happened today.
