at 200 under 200 meters? Probably not. I've shot .22 lr in a hurricane (not like the center of it, but I was the only one at the range that day and it was pouring) at 50 yards/meters (don't remember, that is the only spot at my range that you have a choice of yards or meters) and it didn't have a notable impact shift.
