When this universe was young, aka /jp/, the western continent housed a JP superpower, 774INC.
They used to be the big competitor against UPD8 and the other Heavenly Kings
Animare and Honeystrap was formed just after Vtuber turned mainstream
But after the dimensional split into /vt/, the sheer lack of JP oriented users meant that 774 lost power over time
Small corpo barbarians begin to invade from the sea, taking pieces after pieces of the former superpower, creating small kingdoms of VSJ, PKG, PCG, CLG, TSUN

I believe "Rosenbourg" is the only non-Rosebutan settlement, used by foreigners as a way to trade and communicate with the tribes. I'm more curious about the deal with /2434/ since reading through the archives I am under the impression the trade deal with /2434/ was under some duress due to the desire of having a strong military presence. Someone specifically mentioned it's a Hong Kong sitution. There's also Alice who clearly is looking at things from an aggressive military standpoint, including trying to build an artificial island to create a city or major military base, which given the size of what they wanted, would require 20th century technology and is not feasible.

Should we even be speaking about activator substances, or would activator concepts be more appropriate?
Another example: last I remember, /nasa/ decided on their chuubanite creating gravity when you spin it. If /nasa/ chuubanite is activated by the concept of spin, then would touching it to a wooden wheel or metal top work just as well as rotating the meteorite? What about using a spiral glyph instead of an activator substance? If not, then what decides why some expressions of a concept work and others don't? In fact, this whole discussion was prompted by an anon asking if words could activate chuubanite, which I believe you shot down. What separates an incantation from these other methods of activation conceptually?

Also you have a major misunderstanding, the Central Fleet is a combination of trade ships and military ships who's mission is to protect the /risu/ coastline and trade routes in the immediate area. This was also the fact that when the Central Fleet was established, we were the only ones in /risu/ and they had no trade ships or navel power to protect themselves from schizos or pirates, so it was necessary to protect the trading interests of the region as opposed to having it be a military build up.
The Central Fleet still exists regardless, but now we have the logistics of dealing with the /2434/ and whatever they bring to the table for /risu/.

Not the rep, but from what I recall, there have been onobots waiting on /vrt/'s shores ever since they heard about the trifleet and /risu/ visiting other nations. They had no reason to expect you, but they've been waiting patiently just in case. There's also an onobot that is making deals with /meat/ and would presumably be headed down to /risu/ to establish that trade route. I'm not sure if there are any onobots on /risu/ at present though. They want to draw naked risuners for their "homework" to encourage their native population to reproduce more.
