There are a lot of IOP vtubers, but watching them feels like they're JP or EN vtubers who happen to speaks in ID. In other words, they're using JP and EN vtubers as references, while Kobo is using ID stremers as references. Kobo's strongest draw is her social skill. It stands out in not only her choice of words and phrases, but also in her behavior and the way she banters with her chat. Out of all the holoID, Kobo is probably the one who gets shit on the most by her chat. Her audience don't hold back.
Among other things, they joked about how she's going to graduate just because she put on a melancholic bgm, they spammed "scam!" just because she was late to start her scheduled stream by a minute, she gets called lucky when she does well in a game and gets called a burden when she doesn't.
The reason her chat does this is because she could naturally respond to toxic behavior in a way that convincingly communicate she really doesn't get irritated by them. With her obvious streaming voice, coupled with comedic retorts with the right intonations, she spins what would be considered malicious in other ID's chat into well-meaning ribbings.
