Those who work for the sake of working are not passionate about the job that they do if they're doing it essentially on autopilot. That's what Kiara gives me vibes of, whenever I watch her streams. If she really cared that much about what she did, she would be far more flexible in her approach (and she is the opposite of that). She streams like it's a job, but that gives her the attention and validation that she wants, so she puts up with it and does it anyway.

Fauna kinda does that too (streaming like it's a job), but that's because she lacks confidence in her ability to entertain others outside of her comfort zone (and a lot of people need to unlearn the habits that create said comfort zone).

Conversely, Bae is extremely flexible, and is able to leave her comfort zone, but never does it in a consistent, well-planned, thought-out manner, which is why she gets the short end of the stick so often. You can almost say that she doesn't care, because to her her Hololive career is infinitesimally better than whatever she was doing before while still being a secondary priority to her actual goal in whatever she is studying for in college.
