Wanting to break down the corporate/indie divide is pretty misguided.

It is very much in the long-term interest of the corpos to maintain exclusivity/networking/market differentiation barriers between them, their direct corpo competitors and indies. They may chase short-term gains by opening up access to clout chase, but at the end of the day it harms them long-term. Without maintaining those three factors, the incumbent companies wouldn't be dominating the market. This even goes for VSj. This dynamic even plays out internally between talents and talent cliques.

Vshojo is just trying to poach talents from other corpos and Kson is the ideal spokesperson for them. For her part I guess she just bought into their marketing that they're a better option than other corpos, although I guess she's too dumb to realize that by joining them she's discouraging people from being independent. She's also placing herself as the face to blame in the unlikely event that this really leads into some kind of talent exodus from Holo/Niji. Their fanbases aren't just gonna take it lying down.
By the way, this should be the end of any illusions people might have had that she could still have some kind of working relationship with Hololive. It should be pretty clear that she hates Cover when she's trying to incentivize their talents to quit.
