The technical setup (mic, interface, settings) doesn't even need complicated fixes, even a simple pop-filter in front of the mic would do wonders. It would take the edge of harsh plosives that sometimes cause crispy crackling at the start of sentences, and the enforced distance would lessen overall saturation. (that she's sitting hunched over and too close to the mic is obvious to anyone who listens, and if there was any doubt that she's almost "eating" the mic, she sometimes says herself she gets cat hairs from the mic into her mouth, you can guess how they got there, indicating she's too close). A pop filter costs less than 10 dollars and is a simple device that can be installed by any retard.
The other, actual "technical" stuff (like turning off, or at least down, the compression settings, and applying some eq to take the edge off the higher frequencies) that are maybe way over her head are important too, but the pop-filter plus enforced mic distance as simple first order of business would do the most to improving her sound

that's honestly the biggest problem with all streamer focused audio stuff. you can pack as many cool features or DSP into the box as you want, it they don't actually understand how to EQ or compress something without killing the signal they're driving blind. Her defensive side proves a bigger problem though. Shield is weird, she has to not get hit, so she can take a couple hits and be invulnerable for a second. She has no natural way to heal, but if she did it might be wasted from your shield being up. Even though some healing is inevitable. It works for (competent) new players but is reliant on secondary items. While good tanks heal off their aggression.

I'd drop the tank aspect, make her about constantly cutting a small path in front of her and able to shrug off the occasional blow. So smaller sword that hits harder with no deadzone at max. Shield is just a damage negation, that needs to recharge and parries at high level. Special just needs to be a good AoE, maybe it heals.

As far as I can tell it's a difference in energy. JPs are excited and talk all the time so Kiara has to keep up with a burst of nervous energy. When she's with EN, and this also applies to all the other members, she feels massively relaxed and comfortable so she doesn't feel the need to show-off.
