Good talks, but also at the start some really good asmr off the top. I think ill marshmallow a suggestion doing pre-recorded no-talk study stream. With all the noises. Nadenoises were great, paper touching sounded great, also the ballpoint pen on paper i liked as well.

I mean this is universal asmr content pretty much. Roleplay addition on top can be a hit or miss imo.

Discord has a lock in effect which guarantees anyone who joins will become a repeat watcher. Drama happens when you let the inmates run the asylum so good moderation is important. Ideally they should be close friends from outside the community who have management experience. If done right it further conditions watchers to act a certain way in the chat also. Beyond that it is good for taking surveys and organizing events such as tournaments and watchalongs.

Weekdays im at work during her stream times so i listen in and work + on the drive home. If its weekends or a later stream i usually do something along side on my pc, or split screen on ipad and chime in.

Currently im excercising and listening to todays stream a second time, ASMR helps me keep concentrated, thats why i want her to do some 1 hour pre-recorded non-roleplay asmr.

Maybe, but it also changes the type of viewer you attract. If you stream for a long amount of time then you're more likely to get more casual viewers that drop in and drop out whenever. Conversely, if you keep things short then it's easier to maintain a more hardcore audience that watches everything you do.
Also, didn't Nade say her reason for starting her streams an hour earlier was to give her more time to sleep? Streaming longer kind of negates that.
