I never knew there were so many mocap formats until I started googling, and I thought it was like 3d modeling where there's only a couple and converting between them is, well maybe annoying or possible to lose fidelity, but at least doable.

There's a shit ton, its why Cover was vetting the ones in Europe and why Kiara was saying she may have set this up too late. Mocaps are rare and then you have to find one that does in a way your software can deal with it.
Once again none of this takes away from the herclean effort of Ame, Kiwawa and Ame's two temporary assistants. or Kana's own work to do the touch up in two weeks.
