You're thinking of inaccurate subs and asacoco. The subs matched the name. Now they are other subbers doing similar things except they break up the translation into multiple clips. There's a 2-hour subbed video of the Sports Day on youtube and its only at 200k+ views. Contrast that to short clips that can hit more than that. Its tough putting in effort but most people don't care. Cover even put official subs for a radioshow: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fr2raq3ZMWM but nobody watches.

Another issue is finding subs, too many clippers releasing clips covering the same thing so visibility is very hard now compared to earlier last year. There's like 3-4 subbed clips of Noel getting banned during the MH collab with Marine and Flare, why?? Also the sports day vid wasn't an entire stream like asacoco, so thats why its ok. At least for now.

Yeah they ask for DM clips once in a while yet don't upload any of them unless they're hololive or vshojo.

Meanwhile a vshojo goes live on Twitch and they're instantly clipping and uploading whatever is said even if it doesn't need clipped because it's the same shit from before.
