As some one who intentionally does not seek out any RM information I have not seen hide nor hair of kiara's RM other than the hearsay of what she got up to in her past, but I know know far more than I would like to know about mori's current and ongoing RM activities. I don't understand fully how twitter works because I've never made an account but when you click on a tweet you often see a bunch of semi-related tweets that have lots of likes. So if you get a Holo tweet you'll often see tweets of other Holos and fanart of Holos and there's only two roommates that I've ever seen pop up in that feed, Mori and Kiara. And both have been multiple times. You'd have to also not watch Kiara to not know what she does since she talks about it. She shares the same information on both accounts.

Slight differences, but Calli's roommate is easy to spot because her roommate content is of similar audience towards what her does on her Vtuber content (Rapping and anime) while Kiara is more on the irl content vs the Vtuber content. Though both of them are fully aware that the audience they got now are from Hololive, so they gotta be careful on what they say that they don't directly link the RM and Vtuber together, even by accident.

She and Kiara are basically the same except that Mori doesn't fear any repercussions for blending the two personas and Kiara sometimes gets nervous she'll get in trouble (like trying to take down people for clipping her slip-up) but she never does get in trouble.
