Kiara will never graduate because, unlike Ina and Mori who have established careers outside of vtubing, this gig is pretty much Kiara's dream come true and her #1 priority. Kiara will leave Cover when Cover goes bankrupt and ceases to exist as a company. Antis can dilate more about it.

Ame is a good employee. A manager sees her as a compentent and profitable asset to the business that doesn't ruffle feathers or create yabs. Meanwhile, Mori is always asking to collab with people and getting shot down, Gura has breakdowns and is a hermit, Ina is just along for the ride and not a big financial draw.

Every now and then people compare Kiara to Ollie.
There's a world of differnce in how Kiara accepts that she can't collab with her vslut friend while Ollie is trying to shove that crap into hololive.
