you will. 31-37 is not 6 minutes long but rather like 20 minutes because of the lag. but around 38-40 you will gain so much xp that you level up incredibly rapidly for at least a minute. level ups then drop off after that short burst but by that point youre strong enough to finally reduce the lag. dont move around too much though or else the lag will come back because youre spreading your damage too much. this allows the yagoos to pile up enough to start effecting performance.

Advice for Baelz, anon, you really want things that tick for constant damage like Elite Cooking, MiComet, or BL. Her best passive is the one that stuns, and it can proc every time damage ticks. Her other two passives deal with increasing her crit damage but it's really the stun that puts her in the upper half of the cast imo.

I know Mumei is the best for farming coins, but what's the best way to build her if I'm going for the coin farm?

You can be more consistent if you don't actually get a collab. If a golden anvil spawns leave it on the ground. The RNG is horrendous though, even doing the same strats I can vary between just under 5k base gold (before the bonus) to over 7k, and I'm pretty confident the only thing the 8k+ games have over mine is better RNG since I can get gold coins to start showing up before 8 minutes.

Somehow can't make mumei work in farming, yet am able to pull off 8k+ gold calli runs constantly.

Fauna is overrated. She doesn't have any way of procing enough heals to really abuse roots, whisper isn't activating when you actually need it, saplings are her only good passive. Also no built in cc is really bad especially since her damage falls off without good collab weapons.

With Mumei you can let friend collect experience and leave most coins on the ground until you do get level 5 superchatto. It applies when you pick up coins, not when they spawn. As far as I can tell it doesn't affect the rate at which coins are dropped, only their value, so getting superchat late isn't as bad as getting glasses late, though you'll probably end up collecting a bunch whether you want to or not.

Mumei's biggest advantage is in her consistency because she's so powerful with her base kit. Calli has a harder time clearing the 19 minute wave with random garbage builds so you have to be a bit more conscious of what you pick when going for a no collab build.

No, to fix her they need to rework either whispers or saplings. Whispers is great up until it's not, because eventually you will be swarmed with too many enemies to avoid, and it becomes a piddly 1-hit block every 10 seconds with no healing, which is effectively worthless. Meanwhile saplings not being affected by pickup radius means having to constantly walk into danger to heal off them. I'd like to see saplings healing/drop-rate nerfed in exchange for them either being affected by pickup radius, or naturally moving towards fauna like Ina's tako's do, and Whispers changed to either make the heal portion permanent regardless of whisper stacks, or make the stacks come with a short invuln duration after so you don't lose them all at once with no benefit thereafter.

I think the takodachi's cure is guaranteed to heal to full during plushie effect, while Fauna's whisp isn't useful and you aren't moving that much to collect saplings. I don't think Gura's passive heal is fast enough as well, maybe if you have a lot of HP.

Her AO conversion scales with Haste (some skills do, some don't, this one does) which does two things to make her so tanky. The first is provides endless %Heal through Takodachis. The second is it constantly removes a massive clump of Yagoo's, which removes the threat of a damage stack-out. Tack on item defense layers and her free DoT helping to chip away at the remain Yagoo with her weapons, and she's practically immortal unless you purposely start running away from the Takos.

Can't speak for them, but I like Sana the most because she's the chillest to play.
Her weapon requires no aiming, and she's very good at surviving up to a certain point so she's a good cooldown character after a frustrating run.

Fauna's gameplay is running around like a madwoman harvesting saplings. The Whisper shields are there so she can weave through enemy mobs safer, not to actually make her immortal.

Fauna's got the best synergy in her passives among any character so far IMO. It's just that her playstyle itself falls apart past 27 minutes or so when the enemies get too big/fast for her to keep up. But I could say the same about most of the cast.

mostly depends on if you're doing a stage run or endless run. as an example, BL + axe is a good collab for stage since high AoE damage, but doing so removes BL's knockback, which is often wanted in endless.
