Ame needs to go back in time to stop Toriyama from creating Super. Every time he even opens his mouth, he further tarnishes his legacy.
This dumb bastard stated in an interview that "S cells" in Saiyans are responsible for them turning Super Saiyan, and that kind Saiyans have more of them. So he attributed the Super Saiyan transformation to a shitty Midichlorian ripoff, taking away from the hard work & discipline of the characters. This motherfucker is real stupid.

Most of my friends know Super is trash. The only one who enjoys it got into anime a few years ago and started DB with Super, and from what he's told me, he doesn't really understand how Dragon Ball used to be. It hasn't clicked for him that the characters once had to go through harsh situations and work hard for their power, whereas in Super they are practically granted for free with more and more transformations thrown on top of that for the sake of flashiness.
People just remember the transformations in Super because that's all there is. Very few people actually give a shit about the events. Very different from discussions about Z where it's moments that are remembered.

Because the very fact that she can time travel automatically places her into "Multiverse level". It means you can have multiple versions of yourself existing across infinite plains of existence. So for example if Frieza death beams Ame, then another Ame could come and replace her or just revert to a time where it didn't hit her or something. Even if her clock was smashed it doesn't matter because in one of the infinite timelines there's an Ame where that didn't happen.

tl;dr time travel is ALWAYS busted and that's why it can only be beaten by Metaversal/Abstract level characters in where the laws of time don't apply.
