This is a bait thread but it all comes down to timezones, game choice, and first impressions. Streams in the middle of the day for NA. Plays games most people aren't interested in (RPGs) and rarely ever plays anything trendy. Her first few months were rough and people still think she's what /vt/ said she was in 2020.
Who cares tho, she pulls in good superchat revenue and has a dedicated fan base. She has her niche and it seems like KFP doesn't mind considering how bad her chat is when she does get an influx of viewers from a buff game.

You don't have to believe that I'm honest. I adore Kiara, I really do. She is everything that I want my oshii to be, except for 2 things. Her annoying narcissism and voice. It just won't grow to me. But I'm happy that it did to others. If it makes you feel better, I try from time to time to watch her stream regularly but I can never go pass 5 mins without getting itchy on her mannerisms.

Straight up not true, you'd be laughed out of /#/ for suggesting this. Views and superchats have very little correlation, everything to do with the sort of content and fanbase you have. An older fanbase who are more personally attached will donate a lot more than younger tourists. Some demographics just don't donate much no matter how big the audience gets, not even guaranteed a percentage increase.

For sponsors also not true. It is much more common they will go with someone they think can promote the game well. This can be based on their demographics, what sort of games the streamer plays the most or how good a shill they are. Kiara for example did a lot to build a relationship with Bamco, she not only go the ToA sponsorship, but multiple streams, gifts and then shilled their gacha. The times you do see a sponsor chasing numbers they rarely come back. It just doesn't work out well, the streamer shills it poorly and the audience were never gonna buy.

The only thing views can help with is ads (a messy at best business), and memberships which is one area it legitimately is a benefit.
