I think the "You get one write-in" idea is fantastic and should deal with a lot of the people bitching about "muh holo board". Now you, like everyone else, has an even playing field to get your corpo/indie of choice into the arena.
If at all possible to parse, I'd like to see a summary of those write-ins.

Other things from last time I want to note

I'm not immediately against it, but it is kind of a pain and a decent bit of work to re-color all the models to match for each kit, especially when the kit might not even get used. We only get 3 guaranteed games per cup and we already have 3 kits. You're free to post a kit texture here or send it to me, though.

I don't particularly want the roster to be 99% Hololive, to be frank. But I also have an obligation to represent what the votes show and I can't just cut or exclude players that have >70 votes because we need a token rep for another corpo. We should always have at least one Nijisanji rep and one "other" rep just how the votes fall though.

IMO, I don't think niji needs a /vt/ rep since they already played for /jp/ so no need to worry about them, instead I'd suggest if our roster gets a diversity quota, allocate at least 1 each for

Since you can vote on every single team member it's winner takes all. The fans of the most popular company vote in all of their chuubas and all the others out.
This makes it almost impossible for anyone who isn't on top to get in and leads to 60% of the board controlling 95% of the players.

If we want it to be board representative, something in regards to /#/ should be present, it's the containment for schizos, needed to keep the generals clean on average days, but also the beginning of many rrats and schizos. Anons might not like it, but it's a big part of /vt/ regardless.
