I always knew EOPs had it bad, just based on sheer stream quality. I never realized just how bad it was until I was watching a JP asmr chuuba with a full JP chat. Some EN gaijins started chatting in English, and she ignored them at first, but then one of them superchatted in English. She proceeded to ask her chat nervously, in Japanese, how they felt about her speaking English, and would it be ok if she responds to the English chatters. Her tone sounded like Haha there are some gaijins haha, what losers haha, do you mind if I throw them a crumb of English haha? She was shitting on the gaijins in JP and making her JP audience feel special. Then after a few of her JP chatters agreed, she read the EN superchat and 1-2 EN comments, then went right back to shitting on them in JP with her real fans. She said something like Sankyuu, I am Japanese hehehe. Dumb EOPs didn't even know what she was saying about them. I membered after that.
