Basically this. EN solo minecraft was a stupid thing, although as far as I've heard the ENs said they wanted to do it like that. More like, I bet enma convinced them it was a """good idea""" when we can see it's led to an awkward stagnation and separation.

MC as a group activity all kind of helps keep the ball rolling. Interactions with random JPs/IDs would have kept the ENs more interested ----and vice versa for helping JPs also keep up with it----. It's a mutual lose-lose. Truly retarded. If she went with the ENs being naive and wanting to get it going just because the collab ban wasn't lifted or something, she was actually too-nice in this one instance which led to this awkward schism.

I thought she might be, because IIRC early on in MC, it was revealed Ina had been chatting with someone in EN management who she had in the server with her and they were all chummy talking about FFIV stuff. So Ina knows this person it seems, possibly quite well/quite a while. I don't recall if the tag in MC even indicated if it was AO or Enma (who I don't recall even really had a solid name yet at that time).

Managers of the talents aren't the ones making all decisions either, there's a gen manager and also a branch manager. Managers are also more like any kind of help/support problem solvers (like the one who let Kiara use her computer at her house), messengers/intermediates between higher-ups and overall looking out for their girls. Which would yes likely have them looking at places like here where Cover doesn't have control to see what people are saying/rrating about. The gen manager/branch manager may have been one in the same originally I suspect, although maybe there's more of them now that they are working on vsingers and an EN2.

Err I mean, FFXIV, you know what I mean. They (Ina and possibly AO or Enma but we actually can't tell) knew each other from there I think. Which goes with the notion the talent managers may sometimes be close contacts of the Holos themselves, like how A-chan is literally just Sora's friend from high school. That'd make sense to try to keep things light, friendly and fun for the talents, although we know not all managers knew the Holos originally (.. like Mel's original one) so it's probably a mix of both.
