Outside the big 3 they just don't pull that many viewers.
Vshojo doesn't work much like a group where everyone is elevated anymore. They're just part of the regular Twitch EN Vtuber pool and the top 3 have enough coult, reach in other fanbases and their own dedicated fans to pull decent numbers.
Unless raided, it doesn't actually translate that much to the other members.

And actually, that's a big thing, since they don't stream that much, they can't raid each-other and increase numbers.
