A lot of older rosebuds don't feel like her content is as good as before she quit her job. She forgot to a monthly letter in April, gave no explanation for it, then uploaded one for everyone to see in May, and deleted it because it was supposed to be for member's only.
Personally I think stagnation defines Rosemi more than her content getting worse, but eh, if you're constantly talking about wanting to go full time to squander that opportunity by having a collab overload and then kinda going back to normal with less creative streams, I can see why people left her. I only watch maybe a stream a week when she does something I'm really interested in.

Rosemi and Selen enjoy different FPSes. Selen likes movement-heavy, team based FPS games (Apex, OW). Rosemi likes more grounded FPS games without the team focus (CS:GO, R6, Valorant). And I mentioned them (Millie et al.) because Rosemi was pretty free of inhibitions during that stream. There are 2 possible ways IMO she can handle the collab thing.

Rosemi has received game ideas from chat several times over. Personally, I'd like to see DKC2. Aside from that, I'm fine with whatever she chooses to do because I like the atmosphere in her solo streams.

I skip all her collabs, however. Not because any inadequacy on her part or Valo burnout, but because I was permanently filtered by the rest of Nijisanji.
