As someone from Hong Kong, Cantonese speaking content is already a very small market mostly limited to Youtube/Twitch, let alone Cantonese vtubers. Maybe you could find Cantonese speaking vtubers on bilibili but I think Cantonese content is equally or even more minor on bilibili. I don't really watch Cantonese content so I don't really have recommendations (popular Cantonese content is 100-200k+ views for political news/vlogs, and I think entertainment stuff doesn't really go beyond 50k or 10k even because the viewerbase is kind of fucked)

Yes, I think you can find restaurants serving ethnic or chinese regional dishes. I have no idea how good they are I'm a poorfag so I just eat at the cheaper chain restaurants most of the time. Also Hong Kong is really small (slightly bigger than Singapore), it takes like 3 hours at most to get to any places using public transport so it's not that difficult to go to a restaurant on the other side of Hong Kong.
