Every single English-speaking vtuber is experiencing a drought right now, the reason being that summer is here and the lockdown sanctions are mostly lifted, giving the audience an option and most casual viewers will not feel bad about leaving the vtuber behind.
I've watched a lot of regular streamers over the years and those who talk about their numbers have always mentioned that summer will always have the lowest viewership out of all seasons on their content.

No they're not, their recent larger streams have all been Minecraft since the server got increased traction due to the new patch and that will always bring in the younger audience without failure. Don't confuse buff games with buff numbers.

I tried to watch mumei but it annoys me how much she second guesses herself and is always like "Sorry I'm bad" or similar. The other girls do this sometimes, but mumei can't press forward on a control stick without going "am I doing this right??"

Don't talk about shit you don't know. Pomu's biggest streams lately outside of obvious buffs like unarchived karaoke have been MGS4, Tomodachi Life, and the Until Dawn collabs with Elira. Selen has her usual Apex buff which is far stronger than Minecraft for her. Millie has been thriving off her creative streams like Undating and Caught in 4k. The girls who have barely touched touched Minecraft are all on time CCV highs lately, Reimu and Finana in particular, hell Enna was on a meteoric rise before her break and she doesn't even play Minecraft.

Yeah. She apologizes and second guesses herself a lot, it breaks the flow of her stream. It seriously ticks me off. The more she messes up in a stream, the more she's unsure of herself, and it becomes a downward spiral. At which point I close her stream.

She needs to learn to turn her struggles into entertainment, instead of apologizing and ragging on herself every time she runs into an obstacle.

Okay, tbf, she's getting better at this over time. But man, she keeps on relapsing into self-doubt.

She doesn't rag on herself as much during collabs, so that's something I guess.
