I think you may be reading shitposts if you thought Kanae was his manager or something though. The Chronoir unit boosted both of them and they also are perfectly fine and good streamers when independent from each other.

Kanae is the one who brought Kuzuha to Nijisanji when Gamers was a thing. Kanae also acts as something like a manager for ChroNoiR (he's not the actual manager but he does help a lot and took the reigns during early days), forcing Kuzuha to break out of his shell in terms of singing and interacting with others. I've heard that when he was indie, Kuzuha got enjou'd a lot too and Kanae pulled him out of the flames but I haven't read too deep into it.

i can't say with 100% certainty since i didn't closely follow them both since the beginning, but i'm assuming they're referring the fact that it took a long time for kuzuha to come out of his shell (esp in a way that didn't get his ass flamed) and his friendship with kanae who's significantly more social gave him a comfortable position from which to put himself out there more. "saved" feels like a bit of a reach since it erases all of kuzuha's own effort, but i feel like people probably layer this on a bit too heavy since shitposters/antis accuse kanae of being a leech, but at the end of a day they're a duo who've equally help each other's growth (career and personally).

It's not like collabing "saves" everyone, it's simply this specific instance where having a friend who gave him a chance helped him, plus the whole anxiety thing. I didn't watch Kuzuha in his early days but he's said it was bad back then. He almost never did collabs on his own and he had no sense of security/belief that he'd be streaming for more than a year.

i don't really watch en so i don't know if they've already collabed, but genzuki. nagao's english is getting quite good. mayuyu has very good listening and comprehension but poor speaking. at first i thought lauren would be good at english (since he knows a weird amount of slang and his accent isn't that bad) but he's just the type who's good at parroting sounds because when he's expected to actually understand english for a game it's rough. axia, akina, and fuwa all share a single braincell so good luck with hose three but they can make cute noises while talking past each other other i guess, and akina has showed interest in en, but he gets flustered at times when they interact with him (particularly alban...) and is notorious for not collabing unless someone reaches out to him first. for the most part i get the vibe they'd collab with someone who knows some japanese and would be the one to reach out, but outside that it's unlikely.

Shellin is finally gonna stream proseka. He's been playing it since September last year, he saw Yashikizu playing it all night during Nijisanji showdown and got interested, but not confident enough to stream it since he won't be able to talk much.

he hasn't really said he isn't good at them, just that he isn't much of a gamer as a hobby and sees games as something fun to do with other people. he'd probably stream more games if he was better at reaching out to people to collab. during the stream where he was discussing it he said the only games he's happy to play on his own often are fall guys and mahjong, and maybe proseka but i don't remember clearly.
i do think akina got hooked on fall guys (and was especially good at it) when it had just come out and there were all those leagues with other nijisanji members, etc. even now he seems to prefer playing it with others (i.e. buying it for yun-kun, audience participation) above playing it alone. i kind of hope he can play it with lauren someday if lauren stops getting his ass flamed.
