Aside from the /rose/ stuff, it seems pretty barebones. I like it well enough for what it is, I suppose, but I think some of the statements are a little too generalized. In particular, homosexuality being welcomed by the entire federation doesn't really seem to reflect the state of the thread. I think it'd be more accurate to say it's contentious, with some states being overwhelmingly in support and others only reluctantly tolerating it. Additionally, I think the bit about the nation being under constant attack by schizos feels off. Raids are usually blindingly obvious given the difference in thread culture between /nijien/ and the rest of the board, and tourists are relatively easily driven away by yaoiposting sisters. The shitposts that actually stick and make entire threads unusable are usually from our own, homegrown shitposters. Therefore, I think the nation would be better depicted as a land full of warring states, only grudgingly held together by a nebulous treaty drafted on the premise it is as their pantheon desires. While some clans experience true unity between each other, the majority are indifferent to the existence of the others at best and outright hostile at worst. Small wars between states and attempts at coups against whichever state is perceived to be most powerful at the moment frequently break out. Alliances with the nation are risky at best, as you can never guarantee the approval of the entire federation, and even if majority opinion is with you today, in the very next a previously docile state may experience a fit of discontent, inciting upheaval.

One might think this makes /nijien/ weak and ripe for the taking, a battleground among which schizos could easily sow discontent -- but this could not be further from the truth. The federation employs a militia which draws soldiers from all 20 of its clans. Given the wildly different cultures, specialties and physical abilities of each clan, the army is remarkably versatile and good at spotting would-be saboteurs. The strange and unfamiliar customs practiced by some of the clans is frightening to schizos, and the militia has taken these customs and further refined them into purer forms, developing specialized anti-schizo weapons. Though the federation's population has a fairly even gender split, for reasons unknown the majority of its militia consists of women. The men tend to be better at identifying enemies, however. Homosexuality is more prominent among the militia than it is among civilians, causing some tension between them.

Looking through the player suggestions, I personally think it would be better if we don't have names which refer to a specific poster or character, but rather their actions, if that makes sense. So using something like WAR WAR WAR in place of WARanon or Please Do Not Fist Android Girls for the Principal.

For the stadium, I think it would be good to have all the nations' flags circling the arena.

Oh yea, about the civil war, here's a quick summary: Rep started slowly losing his mind, just couldn't get it right in hiw own words, so I came back on board with it. WE FINALLY DID IT! After months of sailing with 9 pinisi and hundreds of risuners alongside our deadbeat friends we have finally made it to the lands of /who/. It has been an extremely long journey and sometimes I would question if coming out here was even worth it.
I think what surprised me the most was that Apparently these people knew we were coming. We didn't tell them anything. And yet they had a whole group of people ready at the docks? Everything looked prepared and all fancy. Maybe these people can tell the future.

Anyway getting off the boats was a bit of a challenge. There were many of what looked to be soldiers watching us. It was a bit scary seeing so many of them but I assumed they were doing it for our own protection. And if things did go wrong I personally had no fear since our deadbeat friends were right behind us.
The man asked me for some sort of paper. This was a bit awkward since I had no idea what the fuck he was talking about so I just offered him a bag of nuts. He did NOT seem pleased by this. In fact he seemed to be really freaking annoyed by the whole thing. Luckily the deadbeats have been here before Apparently and cleared up everything. I guess they wanted to make sure we were "official".
I mean of course we are official risuners who else would we be and why else would we come here? Silly hooman.

Since we had a big group of over 100 of us it was difficult to keep track of all of us. However hoomans seemed to be all over us. Not in a bad way at all we really liked the attention. I guess they wanted to make sure none of us got lost. How nice of them.
Sadly they weren't interested in any sex. It was really disappointing they were all over us but no matter how much we shook our tails at them and made it really fucking obvious they wouldn't do it. Apparently they have a thing for openly having sex in public and that's a no no. You have to be discrete or something? Who the heck knows but oh well. Rules are rules and we don't want to be naughty.

Ok about the food here. I have never seen food like this. They insisted on this 'hamburger' that they like so much and well honestly, IT WAS PRETTY GOOD! Hamburgers are just bread and cooked meat but for some reason I really liked it and most of the crew did so as well. They had lots of other food too but we mostly stuck with the hamburgers and the ones with vegetables.

THEY HAVE FUCKING WALNUTS LETS GOOOO! Walnuts are some of our favorite nuts and they even had some we have yet to see. Pistachios and almond I don't believe are found back home. At least I never saw them. Since they wouldn't (openly) have any sex therefore no nuts we just settled with trading our nuts inside the pinisi for their nuts.
They have pretty gems too but my god it took a while to find and they don't seem very obsessed with them like we are. The only one I could find is a bit of amber. Oh well it's only been a day.

The next day I made a big reveal. The 9 boats were actually not just for /who/. We actually came for the magic forest people and was suggested by the deadbeats to stop here first. Most of the crew would go on to /uuu/ and /nasa/ on their own separate expeditions. Currently as of now negotiating land routes to get there or if traveling be sea would be most logical.

You're correct, I figured choosing descriptive names for the cities and landmarks would be fitting due to Mumei's own naming conventions. Now I could go and name a city "city #06" but I probably shouldn't do that. Victory City would be named as such because it is where victory happened. Eulhaven probably means something like ship house or something, I've just been referring to it as port city for now. if I were to change it it'd be to something easier to write and pronunciate like Yulhaven. Basically, simple names are good!
I'd save Niddest for something on the border with the Mountain Monks, be it a fort or a small village or a mining outpost.

Diurnal kingdoms would naturally have stronger opinions about other diurnal kingdoms, for good or ill, in comparison to the nocturnal kingdoms who rarely enter their sight. A diplomat from a diurnal kingdom made to stay up deep into late night hours in order to liaison with the leaders of a nocturnal one may be particularly surly due to lack of sleep. Etc.

Aisles upon aisles of small vaults fitted with instruments. Each containing a collected sample of every possible Vtubium in existence, be it from mainstream pantheons to local indie folk beliefs, from living deities or remnants of those that perished.
From the chunk of Minato Aqua chuubanite, a piece of alloy forged with Veibae vtubium, specks of failed chuubanite from /asp/ ascension rituals, every single possible curremcy from /nasfaqg/, a test tube of Kaguya Luna chuubanyl, and a canister of plasmaic Kizuna Ai energy.
How did the Academy managed to get samples of every vtubium even of deities and concepts that were just arrived? Nobody knows. Some say they made a deal with the Custodians, or Jannies as the common folks called them. The moment /nasa/'s Space Station entered this realm, the Academy already prepared a vault of Sana vtubium.
But why the hassle and lengths for this collection?
The collection serves as a detector, like barometers and thermometers, sensitive to the changes in the Heavenly Realm. No matter what events occur up there without their knowledge, these instrunments will pick up the fluctuations of energy. Like a seismometer before an earthquake, they were invaluable at detecting Yab Events leading to Vtubium related disasters.
One of the archivists takes a glance to his left. A vault containing a solid bar of Coco chuubanite. Still emitting strong radiation and energy despite the death of its deity.

This is about where those borders fall on the globe (very approximate and non final).
