She's been involved in a lot of shit and is known for her high-effort pieces. Ina is only good for speed and tidy work. Sana's experience is also why Pako respects her so much.

The Hololive audition makes it clear that you're expected to stream three times a week for the first year, and streaming after school or work is ok, meaning, you're not expected to have Hololive as your only job, but you are expected to be able to deliver even if it isn't. Don't take multiple jobs if you can't handle multiple jobs. Every 2view on twitch is grinding on their free time after a full time job, without any guaranteed of ever making it. She's already made it, just endure it for a while.
That being said, if the company is ok with it, then I don't see why care. More power to her.

There's a lot of anime where the original illustrator doesn't actually do the anime character designs, they're just based on the originals, meaning the artist doesn't need to actively do anything. Not saying this is the case or not, but it's not uncommon. Given Ina's status as a foreigner with so-so Japanese and multiple side jobs it would not surprise me if she isn't in the direct production pipeline.
