Vtuber manager for a big corporation like hololive has got to be one of the easiest, least intensive jobs you can have.
You literally just have to type emails for suits asking them to make videos with their games. They're almost always going to say yes, videogame companies dont give a shit unless they're really small or really big.
There's nothing else to do. Holos stream for an average of 2 hours a day and its one game at a time. They dont talk shit or have forced drama like regular streamers. They dont have constant unfiltered offcollab content where they might slip up and say something controversial. They could be streaming from a different house every day and the audience wouldn't know.
There's almost nothing that can go wrong and if something DOES go wrong you can just manage it upwards and the actual hollive staff deal with it. You literally cannot fuck this up.

How did EN's post-Council, pre-Omega's termination fuck it up?
Im fascinated with this kind of failure, where you actually need to try and get fired.

Lui, La+, Shion, Haachama, Towa and Kanata are all either younger than 25, or so close the 1994-93 generation that I cant tell by digging old stuff. I'm not searching for the clip, but long story short in a stream last October Kiara (who for some reason has 4 copies of FFXIV. I do not know how or why but we do not question henchou. Possibly region lock and PC/PS3/PS4 versions?) was talking about how a manager was pushing for everyone to play FF14 together on stream. She pointed out that this is without regards towards if they would enjoy that game (Ame, Gura, and Mori), if the audience will enjoy that game due to what it is and the sheer length (MMORPGS you really have to be good at Chit chat or have events like Mount-offs or glam contests to make it really work well), regards to datacenter ping (Kiara and Mori), and the overall time investment. Ina and Kiara play and are probably all caught up and neither of those two want to go through ARR again. It's also as you said Ina has a private space on the internet with that game.
