I don't know if "worry" is the right word, but it's definitely something that she pays attention to. It's another one of the things people tend to complain about a lot, her focusing on a ton of negative things and ignoring a lot of the more positive fan interaction behavior. I only really feel like this is true in the sense that it feels this way because she barely solo streams anymore. She usually skips tenQ time in solo streams when I wouldn't really expect them anyway, like for sponsored streams or 11 hour watchalongs. There's also the fact that her throat has been in varying degrees of fucked up all year because of all the shit she does offstream.
To be honest, I would say my biggest complaint (other than her horrible communication abilities and everything that's caused in the past couple weeks) is that she's doing so much shit offstream that it's severely negatively affecting her streams. Her voice is fucking horrible to listen to when her throat's in bad condition, we get one lazy utawaku a month and it keeps getting shorter and sounding worse as her throat keeps getting worse.
