In order to find proper valuation price ranges need to be tested either up or down. In this case it is up so we will see the stock increase until traders have decided they have made enough money or the value is above what it should reasonably be. This will create downward momentum as the stock will seek a bottom. The bottom could be at low as $1 or even pennies. Now they can sit there for days, months or even years depending on the optimism of bulls vs the bears. If their financials and projections are met they should continue to increase in value.

Markets have a mind of their own though so yeah.
