Its catastrophizing I recently learned more in depth about it. One negative thought leads to another until she reaches the worst possible scenario. Its a sort of coping mechanism against disappointment, by expecting the worst you (think you would be) prepare for the worst. I'm also watching a series on processing your emotions on the same channel and yes this is fine. Any champys like Dynasty Warrior style games? They really are the shut your brain off button mash brand of gaming, but I can't help but to have a soft spot for them. They've been getting better at cloning different franchises for a quick cash grab that satisfies fans too. I just can't thing of anything else like it. Re-skin it all for whatevers fan-base, while writing new lore and doing some real fan-service. This style of game has come a long way since the PS2.

If we're talking dumb games where you can turn your brain off, Slay the Spire and similar card-building games are really fun, don't have to think too hard for them, and very little pressure to be good (unless you choose the hardest game modes).

My buddy actually brought up the Gundam one when I told him I downloaded the new Fire Emblem dynasty warriors clone demo. I never played it, but an actually somewhat okay gundam game is something I've wanted for awhile. DW type games got more enemies, but only the captain's of each group can cause knock-back. It's basically peons everywhere, so do AOE as much as possible type stuff. On a similar note, last year I saw some 3-D touhou magical girl battle mage type anime in production I hope to see realized soon. All the JP tropes. Rockin' guitars and flying around as a pretty girl blasting mf'ers in the face with plasma battlin' in the sky's from many yards away.

Not saying this is necessarily the case for Kiki. But I think "sleep" a lot of the time, for many people, is probably laying around in bed feeling sad. I find that's the case for me sometimes anyways. Wish I knew how to get over it.
