You only need to appear in events, no need for record label. Moira has 3D a year before her turn, Roki and Shellin half a year before theirs (albeit no actual debut yet). None of them have major debut yet.

Salome can get 3D ahead from her position, but she wouldn't get it before Eden's since at Axia and Lain is pretty much confirmed to have 3D in Nijifes.
