I think it's because in gen 5 and myth's case, there's so much like group unity that anytime something happens like an update or an outfit reveal, they usually always get it together. Was checking out all the Holostars stuff in Vrbai chatter overlap function. None of them have any overlap with females Holos, except Astel having a very minor one with Towa (like 9th or 10th) when he plays FPS. Except Roberu. He massive overlap with the girls in every single one of his streams, all kinds of random ones too like Lamy. Also girls from outside of Hololive like Mea. Why is he so uniquely successful at getting normal Hololive fans to watch him where everyone else except Astel to some degree has failed? Is he the only good streamer?
