It's not a betrayal. She was always fickle about where she worked, and Hololive was more of her thing than Nijisanji in the end. Also the working conditions at Ichikara (now Anycolor) were really bad at least back then, there's a reason why Mito memes about them being a former black company, dunno if they've improved very much by now.
