Now, i'd be hard pressed to find a holo who is more misrepresented by clips than Coco.
She's the sweetest girl you'll ever find, she tries to put up a "strong" girl front and hates showing weakness, but it has slipped a few times, unfortunately more than ever given her current situation.

Her popular clips will give you the impression that she's brash but she's nothing like that, she's always thinking about others and is actually very insecure about herself and is constantly making self-deprecating humor.

Coco is not a mass-appeal streamer nor is it for everyone, asacoco used to have very dark humor at times and her zatsudans can be hard to get into if you're young or can't relate to her struggles as a wageslave, but even as someone you don't watch, you should still value her contributions as a hololive member and be glad she's always giving her absolute best at everything she does, she's a great support-type holo who does a lot behind the scenes, she may even try to silence another holo member during a collab if she starts talking about stuff Coco did for her.

Early Asacoco used to show off her brand of humor very well and is a big reason I even got into Hololive in the first place. I was just occasionally catching the odd stream in 2019 and was more into Kaguya Luna before she disappeared off the face of the earth. I can without a doubt say that the main branch would never allow that. The Holos are all (other than Suisei) Cover's original characters, they aren't just gonna cut them loose after associating their brand with them for a year. What Artia was describing is basically something that only happens if the company completely goes under. For why she said that on stream, I assume the CN managers said they didn't have a problem with it, so she said it on stream like it was a done deal, before any of them ever bothered to ask the main office about it. There was very little communication between CN management and the main branch after all.

Asacoco is a dead end. She may revive it for one off events and stuff, but the management is not a fan of the format.
Along with just news, the highlights usually were showing screw ups / yabs of the holos in humorous light. But how do you cover some topics in a humorous way (aloe situation for eg.)
It soon came to the point where it was a 'damned if you do/damned if you don't' situation for a lot of important news topics.
She tried compromising in Asacoco 2.0 but even that wasn't worth the effort and the quality wasn't the same. Also there was a constant drought of topics, where even limiting it to twice a week didn't really help.
Now it's just not worth it.
The sad part is she was working on a replacement show, but even that didn't convince the management.

It was a combination of a lot of things.

Management kept putting more and more restrictions on content, sometimes there's just no news worth making fun of, or worse, drama people expect her to report on when she can't touch it with a 10' pole, and just general burnout.

When she was going full steam with Asacoco 1.0 she could basically only fit in one other short stream a day and she still ended up in a place where she was barely sleeping anymore.

In hindsight, it was unsustainable from the beginning, and the 2 reboot attempts at a more casual, more management censored reboot weren't good enough to keep her motivated, especially after she took her first long vacation and realized her fans weren't going to just up and leave if she stopped.
