Most of the Sana hate isn't regular schizos but jealous women. Which is why the nepotism argument gets brought in so often. They feel they got screwed because Ina pushed for them to hire her irl friend.
In the end, since we know who she is, I believe that Sana's resume was impressive and got hired through the regular audition, and they couldn't know then that she would barely stream and would prioritize her older account. I believe some flak is justified since she did basically do nothing as a Hololive vtuber.
Would I spend my time hating her here? No, but I can see where they are coming from

I get that she's perfect in her role of a popular anime trope, is funny and does short streams so people want more, but honestly all those things also apply to Laplus. Lapu is the perfect gaki and keeps surprising me. I wouldn't say there's anything that Salome does significantly better than Lapu that justifies this success.
