Realistically? She seems to enjoy doing this as a hobby that potentially generates income. I don't think she's gunning for any specific company or position, she seems to enjoy her troopas and the EN indie community. Of course, we never know what the future holds in store for us.
However let this be a good lesson to all fellow troopas that you should live life without regrets. Think to yourself "will I miss out if I don't do this? will I regret doing this/not doing this in the future?"

If you wan't to maintain the "clarity" or volume, It would probably be best to just go for a wireless headset or one with a really long cord. Considering that RingFit probably won't be a staple on your channel, you don't want to invest too heavily in that setup (especially this early on). Some type of gaming headset should be good enough for the job. For example at work they buy us these Trust GTX 340 which are very cheap with a decent mic. Idk how far from your PC you have to be to play RingFit though.

As for a general streamer mic setup, I'm sure you're way ahead of us but I found this video on the topic very helpful:
