But Cover has to give permissions to use their character for that.
Giving permissions to sell fast food themed after the vTuber they forced to be a fast food themed character? Never!

Hololive booth was announced both internally and externally.
Tons of Cover staff including at least two managers booked their flights (maybe even with their own money) to man the booth.
But then some Japanese money pincher noticed that KFP will organise a KFP/IRyStrocrat fan booth. And a booth would cost about as much money as they are making from a single Kiara stream.
So the booth gets canned, leaving all the staff awkwardly stranded with an expensive flight around half the globe.

And then after Kiara once again did all their promotion work for them (with IRyS being a great help this time) they force her to record some shit at 6am.
