I just FEEL when the translation is skipping words, expressions or whole phrases. I want to add this event to her greentext. She suffered burnout and had a hard time coming back from the hole. She says simple stuff in the video, but very real. Saying "you gotta have consistent breaks! Not having them fucked me up and it will fuck you up!!" is a big deal coming from her, a japanese. Workaholic and all.

So I phrase it like so:

Theres something about Nene that i think draws people to her. Yes she's adorable and yes she's a complete dork but i mean it in a different sense. I wasn't able to watch the stream live, but I'm really happy for Nene. I bought Nenecoin back in October because I liked her singing and thought she had promise. She's faced a lot of arbitrary setbacks in the time I've been watching her, but she finally, finally got a stage where she could demonstrate her ability with all eyes on her and knocked it out of the park.

I think the entire song, main vocals and all, around 11-13 minutes in was pre-recorded, you can hear her panting after literally every sentence both before and after the song, but none during the song at all.

I went back and gave another listen to her performance of Booo! to check if it's prerecorded. If you compare it with the original song, you can hear her dropping lyrics at the ends of several phrases, clearly running out of breath. Also, she was going higher in pitch whenever she jumped. Her 3D model was slightly behind her physical movements, and her lip tracking seemed to be affected by similar latency. desu it's hard to tell definitively considering that the main vocal overlapped with the backup vocal lines at several places, but I'd credit Nene for giving a full live performance.

In fact, I believe cover's sole reason of success are the talents themselves. It has been a very bumpy ride since the beginning don't you think? Plus, remember that cover began in 2018 and that's a lot of years yet there aren't stunning shows of skill. I've watched old 3d streams and the models glitch a lot so it seems most of their work has been made on their tracker technology but it sucks they haven't tried to go beyond, in comparison to the nijis who have showed cool stuff. Worth of note, nijis are good at showing off in special events, not that their baseline is twice as good as cover's so to speak. Do I even make sense? I am ESL please comprender
Until we get a taste of what tf holoalternative is, I will seethe and be sore. Why not pour all those resources in even more people or offer bigger paychecks to the skilled? Or commission all the remaining stars 3d at once plus holoEN to just focus in calibrating them when the time.
