"New outfit" is kind of a codeword for "stealth redesign" as well, I mean that is exactly what they did for Flare and Nene, who both literally will not ever go back to their debut outfits.

The real problem obviously is that redjuice is too busy doing other shit to bother doing another outfit for Irys and they're just kind of stuck there. I guess you can say in recent weeks he's finally acknowledged her existence again, but it took almost a fucking year.
