Female streamer to male gachikoi is much more common and has been going for a while so the culture had time to adapt and weed out the most extreme ones as schizos everyone disowns and avoids.

One thing I noticed in JP chuubas is that while these "serious talk with the fanbase" streams aren't as common, they don't mind quickly correcting bad behavior on the spot and instantly moving on, without making things awkward for everyone else. They'll do it as many times as they see the bad behavior, and nobody will be bothered by it. Even the person being corrected usually just apologizes and corrects their behavior, unless it's an actual anti, and not just a retard. They don't need to even break character or change their tone. Marine specifically if she has something a bit more serious to say, she'll do it in a written members post, I assume precisely to not change the tone visibly and not make things less fun during the actual streams.
