Subscribers number is probably on the same level as YouTube in terms of being trustworthy. So, basically big chunk of it could be bots but he still has many fans on BiliBili. Viewers number is total bullshit tho. Usually when you see things like 200k viewers on that site it would be roughly the same as 15-25k on YouTube but you can't just always divide by 10 to get an approximate estimate because the higher the number the more inaccurate it is.
