I never implied that the VOD cull there was anything other than normal. It simply indicates the end of Youtube's VOD view verification process, after which no further culls have ever been recorded to have happened.
The initial freezing of the VODs is when Youtube handles the bot views. For a normal stream that would have gone up to around 30k over that time period, but it didn't.
If you see her other Xenogears VODs, you can see that it's missing a few viewers -
