Or do they also have to pay out of their own pocket to rent the space from the company? (the same company that also already takes about a third of their earnings anyway?). Or some kind of mixed system where you for example get the first 3D debut stream for free, but any additional personal special 3D events you're on the hook for?

Anyway it's kinda fucked up either way. If the JP Holos also have to pay for 3D to Cover, it's fucked up. If they for whatever reason don't have the hashtag, or put it Pixiv its pretty much up to luck on finding it. Only other thing is like what others have said, would be to follow other fan artists, they often retweet or like things that will pop up for you, and like a lot of stuff on twitter and hope the algorithm pushes it to you.
