Korone and Gura are legit entertainers, magnetic personalities who can make a grass-growing-watching stream fun if they had to, hence truly good chubba vtubbers.

Ina/Mumei are decent but just kind of mid-tier, some of their streams are kinda boring but they have some really strong angles sometimes (I really like Ina's art streams and Mumei sometimes pulls kino out of nowhere).

The rest? I would say Peko is also of the S-tier, actual legit professional entertainer category like Korone. Aqua is also quite up there as well IMO only unfortunately she hardly streams and has been in an Apex or karaoke (and nothing else) rut when she does.

The couple times I've tried to watch Ina I've been bored out of my mind so remove her from that list.
Gura is the only S tier on the EN side of things when it comes to streaming. For JP Miko is doing some incredibly entertaining shit outta nowhere and is the key figure in the biggest hololive unity projects so she belongs there too.
Marine too for obvious reasons, master conversationalist but I think her ups and downs depend on whoever she's paired with. Most Marikoro streams were some top hololive kino of all time candidates but she has plenty mediocre stuff too.
Aqua is too inconsistent and Pekora I never really understood what makes her so popular so I'd place them below. From there it's just opinions but no one else makes the cut of being stellar entertainers.

Korone is the only good one in this list, which isn't too strange considering she's been streaming for over a decade. Gura's getting up there too as she starts to get more comfortable with her original style as opposed to how restricted she was initially.
I'd say Miko and Pekora are probably top when it comes to entertaining streamers, although their voices can filter certain people. Marine is a master at zatsudan and can carry certain collab, but she's a bit hit and miss when it comes to games.
On NijiJP I think Mito's streaming style would fit the average 4chan/NND user the most, but you need to be familiar with Japanese net slang/culture to get her humor. Joe does some crazy stuff too but can be hit-or-miss.
No comment on NijiEN since I don't really like collab humor.

Can someone explain to me what they see in Mumei? It's not that she's insufferably bad, but I really don't feel like she has anything that sticks out at all. She has her little gimmick with the weird drawings and pretending to be a psychopath, but aside from that I only see a shy girl who is still getting used to streaming. She's seldom witty, smart or funny. I think her best quality is that other members of HoloEN seem to like her, so she's in a lot of collabs. But every single time they happen, I feel like she's more like an audience surrogate than her own person. Every single time I'm more interested in whoever she's collabing with, be it Kronii, Gura, Fauna, etc.
I just don't get it. What's do people tune in for? I don't think I could stand a solo stream with her ever.
(Though I forget, her singing is good. That part I understand. It's not her usual streaming content though.)
