Either way it's hilarious to see people reach the conclusion that Misaki is an evil cunt and the CEO is a bumbling nice guy. Misaki alone literally could not handle all of that workload it's no wonder that things didn't get done and talent had to do things themselves.

I understand why talent would be upset about the reality of it and whatever internal drama they had is its own thing. But everything about this situation paints the picture of someone trying and failing to carry more than they can handle and having no exit strategy without burning it all down.
