I think the implication is that he doesn't get the whole kayfabe thing, which is why he asked questions like "So what made you move to Japan". It's a perfectly normal question in his mind to ask a livestreamer or any other guest they might have, but because Mori is playing the character fairly strictly, "Mori" never moved to Japan, and doesn't live there, so it's not a good question. I would definitely welcome collabs of pretty much all kinds. But when I hear collabs, I rather think of playing together with other streamers or have one of their own formats with 3dpd guests, or sing/drawstreams, not interviews or podcasts.
I don't think I want them to do straight advertisements or become promotional characters in gacha (which I know is a thing already at least for the JP ones) though, that would just make them feel more fake or like sellouts to me.
