From what I heard, her mom was concerned about Calli not "settling down" and so she introduced a guy that mixed music for her as her boyfriend to her.
She posted about this on her personal instagram (which had no chance of being seen by the dude, and Calli probably didn't see it either) which got dug up by someone on SEA Facebook and posted /here/, triggering the whole "bf" arc.
The pic was deleted when Calli found out because she didn't want to embarrass herself in front of her music creator friend.
Calli's mom is provably a retard due to openly talking about doxxfaggotry irl, so this is pretty believable.
