Do you think Hololive would be more or less successful if they acted as an actual talent agency? Do you think the girls would perform better If the managers were more than glorified babysitters and actually did things like track trends, and pushed the girls more toward content they perform the best at rather than the hands off approach they take now? Gura is the biggest example of someone who actively handicaps herself, so if her manager had actively pushed her to make short skits, more music, and stream more consistently there is no doubt she'd likely be far more popular than she already is. Of course there is the possibility that this could lead to massive burn out or turn Hololive into souless trash but if they didn't mindlessly chase trends and actually leveraged what each talent is good at it could push them much furthere than they are now.
