three options:
she starts doing it herself, which is impossible considering how little time she already has, and stretching herself too thin would impact her other content, and her health;
someone from the community takes it upon themselves to do the job and >does it for free, but the problem is that you can't complain about the quality, frequency, and it can be dropped at any time, since it is a favor not a job;
hiring a dedicated editor, which is probably the easiest option, but that means costs;
i know someone from the community could be hired for a lower amount because they would enjoy helping nina, but that creates an awkward situation if the end product is not very good or not up to expectations
the shorts aren't bad but it's still an experimental feature from youtube, though i'm not sure if she does them herself or someone helps her
it is unfortunately not easy to be an indie all by yourself, and i know that simply telling that she should try to give more attention to youtube is as helpful as not saying anything, since there is only so much time during the day, and she is a wagie
