What sort of achievements do you think she was proud of but saw someone say something that she felt like her efforts were shattered? Audio comes to mind for me, its an eternal struggle for her so i could see something related to asmr exhausting her.

I said this numerous times but as an arteest i was really impressed by her own self made model, if i didnt know any better i wouldve guessed it was a commissioned product. Thats my genuine praise. Also the general cohesive design of the presentation, matching the colours of her model and the ending BGM are very very nice. I only wish she let the ending BGM play for 1 minute so i could take the experience i just had and savor it for a moment. Ending BGM 2 seconds in feels quite disruptive to the enjoyment i just had.

I think it could be extra frustrating for her because its a field that may be extra difficult to tackle for her. Meaning she knows theres an issue but she probably exhausts all her technical know how to trouble shoot it and when she exhausts herself and it is still not enough it probably just destroys her mood. In the case of audio, I really think she overthinks it. Every time there's been an audio improvement it's been when she's reduced or completely removed the filters she was using, but she keeps going back to trying to pile filters onto things whenever she perceives something might be annoying to listen to, like the water running through her pipes. I think it might be a lasting trauma from the early days when she really had bad mic quality because of her macbook and low quality mic picking up all that electrical noise.

I agree on audio importance for first impressions. Now its fine i think for general streaming. For asmr i think theres more range that can be squeezed out from the device. And sometimes secondary noises can add to the asmr and sense of roomyness, like a car passing by, a slight hum in the room etc. I think anon mentioning quickly adding filtering solutions might do more harm than good. For ASMR I think it's mainly just finding the right gain level. Pretty much everything else is technique and mindfulness of what sounds bad or would peak the mic. The fan doesn't even sound bad.

I think the current air conditioner is quiet enough for that but I don't remember if we've heard it on her regular mic without the filters yet. Sometimes getting things off your chest, even if you feel bad for doing so now can feel cathartic.
